There is no limit to the number of participants that can be supervised. However, a single supervisor (using one monitor) can oversee up to 16 participants.
After creating an evaluation or test, invite participants. Before the test begins, participants can verify their ID, check their webcam, screen, and mobile setup in the waiting room. When the test starts, they can immediately begin. (Obserview functionality needs to be set up by goorm administrators.)
Supervisors compare the ID authenticated by participants in the waiting room with their appearance on the webcam after the test starts. The participant's ID is recorded via the webcam, and if the ID image is unclear, a re-verification request can be sent via a 1:1 message.
